An outstanding balance

A balance appears when a payment failed and was not recovered. It is not automatically collected, which means it will sit there until it is cleared, and your site stays up in the meantime. Clear it by updating your card and letting the next payment go through. If the amount looks wrong, email us before paying it rather than after.
